Join the Curtin Data Science Association (CDSA)!

Are you passionate about data science? Want to connect with like-minded individuals and enhance your skills? The Curtin Data Science Association (CDSA) is the perfect place for you. Whether you're just starting out in data science or you're an experienced data wizard, CDSA offers something for everyone. We host workshops, social events, and collaborative projects that not only boost your knowledge but also help you build a strong network in the data science community.

Curtin Students:

As a Curtin student, you get to enjoy all the benefits of CDSA membership for free through becoming an Ordinary Member! This includes access to all our events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Plus, you’ll have a voice in how the club is run by voting at General Meetings and the chance to nominate yourself for vacant positions on the committee. If you have a Curtin Guild club voucher and would like to donate it to CDSA, we encourage you to do so. Simply reach out to us through Discord or fill out the contact form on our website.

Non-Curtin Students:

Not a Curtin student? No worries! You can still be part of the CDSA community. For just A$5 per year, you can join as an Affiliate Member. This membership allows you to attend all our events and workshops, connect with other data enthusiasts, and learn from industry experts. Although affiliate members cannot vote or hold committee positions, you'll still benefit from being involved in our vibrant and supportive community.

How to Join:

• Curtin Students: Membership is free! Register using the "CDSA Ordinary Member" membership option below. If you wish to support us further by donating your club voucher, please contact us via Discord or through the contact form.

• Non-Curtin Students: Purchase the "CDSA Affiliate Member" membership for A$5 per year. Register online using the "CDSA Affiliate Member" membership option below

Payment Options:

• Online: Non-Curtin students can pay A$5 through our secure online system and immediately become an Affiliate Member.
• In-Person: Prefer to pay in person? No problem! Use the contact form to contact us about your request to pay in cash or using a Guild club voucher. We’ll arrange a time to meet on campus and finalise your membership. 

Club Vouchers:

Wondering what a club voucher is and how to get one? If you're a Curtin student, you can collect two A$5 club vouchers each year from the Curtin Student Guild. Just visit a Guild membership booth near Guild reception (building 106F, Bentley campus) with your Curtin Student ID to collect yours.
